Our agency is looking for a dependable and motivated team member who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and helping customers with their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to customer questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, billing, and claims.
- Assist customers with policy updates and account servicing.
- Identify customer needs and help provide appropriate insurance options.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve agency goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
